Exhibitor Withdrawal Schedule

Notes:
1.Please go in and out of the exhibition hall in strict accordance with the schedule. The audience will stop entering the exhibition hall 30 minutes in advance of the closing time, and the audience will be broadcast 15 minutes in advance of the closing time. Overtime shall be applied for and paid before 15:00.
2.All goods vehicles must apply for "exhibition vehicle" before entering the exhibition hall, must strictly follow the command and arrangement of the site staff and security personnel. Items must be allowed to leave the exhibition hall. During the exhibition and exhibition period, only the exhibits can enter and not exit, no early withdrawal. Valuable exhibits should be taken care of and insured. Empty containers are strictly prohibited in the corridor, please transport agents custody, and pay custody costs.
3.Special installation must be declared in advance, and pay special installation management fees and apply for power, construction units must pay a deposit.
4.Safety tip: According to the Regulations of the exhibition hall, you should have a safety check when you enter the exhibition hall. Smoking is prohibited in the hall. Please take care of your belongings.

Rules of visit
1. Regulations and rules
When registering or accepting permission to visit an exhibition, visitors agree to abide by the regulations and rules of the exhibition for visitors and the regulations and rules of the exhibition center.
2. Conduct in the exhibition center
Visitors shall not make or allow to be made anything which may cause confusion, nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, injury or harm to the body or property of others, or which in the opinion of the organizer is inconsistent with the general exhibition rules, or which constitutes a violation of the rules and regulations or the relevant laws and regulations.
Visitors are not allowed to enter the exhibition center with cameras, cameras or any other form of video recording equipment without the prior written approval of the organizer. The organizer has the right to search the belongings of any visitors at any time.
During the exhibition, without the prior written approval of the organizer, visitors are expressly forbidden to record any standard video. The prohibition includes, but is not limited to, any form of photographing, photographing or digital photographing and drawing or sketching. Visitors agree to hand over any kind of illegal materials with video recording to the organizer when required, including but not limited to: film, video tape, sketch book, camera phone and digital storage device. If visitors violate any copyright and other intellectual property rights, or other rights (including the rights of recording and broadcasting, for the avoidance of differences) (the "intellectual property rights"), the rights generated now or in the future will be unconditionally and immediately owned by the organizer. The visitors promise to sign all contracts and documents and take all actions according to the requirements of the organizer, so as to vest the intellectual property rights in the organizer, including but not limited to: the storage medium for submitting the original image or copy. For visitors who violate the exhibition and Exhibition Center regulations and rules and the corresponding laws and regulations, the organizer has the right to refuse admission to any visitors or ask them to leave the exhibition center. On this issue, the organizer has the right of final judgment.
3. Responsibility
The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage (for whatever reason) to the property of itself or others of the visitors in and around the exhibition center, nor for any death or injury of the visitors in the process of the exhibition center and leaving the exhibition center Take any responsibility (excluding death and injury caused by the negligence of the organizer beyond the legal limit). Visitors agree that the organizer shall not be responsible for the products displayed or sold by the exhibitor in the exhibition.
Visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, actions, procedures, claims, judgments, expenses, fees (including legal fees) and charges, etc. suffered by or against the organizer or its representatives as a result of any infringement or unauthorized video recording by the visitor or its agents.
Visitors agree that the organizer shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the official exhibition manual, or other promotional materials, printed materials, or information provided by the organizer or the exhibitor related to the exhibitor or products. The Organiser shall not be exempt from any of the provisions of the Ordinance and rules or from any of its rights unless a written confirmation signed by any of its directors is provided by the organiser.
4. Personal data
Visitors agree to enter the personal data registered in the exhibition into the database established by the organizer. The organizer has the right to use the data or transfer the data to a third party for the purpose of promotion.
For the sake of safety, as well as to prevent and detect criminal acts, the bags carried by visitors need to be subject to spot check at any time, and the closed-circuit television recording at the exhibition center.

5. Government law and jurisdiction
All regulations and rules are governed by the laws of the people's Republic of China, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the people's Republic of China. All visitors are subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the people's Republic of China.
